I cannot begin to express how the team at MindBodyTherapy have helped me, not only with easing symptoms of ongoing conditions but to live a life with better quality and care.
I have had my first massage ever here years ago, and have never needed or thought to look elsewhere, as I have always encountered the very best therapists, service and people.
I would like to thank you all for all you do for our community and how you have something for everyone, including a complex being who doesn’t like to be touched much! ☺️ I have overcome fears with the help of a few therapists and there is always a lovely smile to greet you at the centre, which just relaxes instantly!
