Rockdale store not in app
My daughter and I love your teas but the Rockdale plaza store is not listed in the app and apparently there is no IT solution to fix it. Disappointing as every other store is available but not Rockdale.Anne Glare

I ordered 3 drinks, and used the app the claim my points. The 3rd point didn’t even show up and the coupon I used didn’t even work.bdfxhahhdhdhdh

Looks like the developer doesn’t give a damn about trying to improve customer services as well as keep “loyal” customers while more and more bubble tea places are surfacing in Australia.
No worries, if you don’t want to bother fixing the problem you’ll keep on losing more customers. Fix the god damn app or you’ll keep losing customers.Show lessx.Misaki

Its been going on for a month or two now, the app won’t load. It gets stuck on “server busy” and doesn’t move past that. I’ve tried using mobile data, wifi, uninstalling, restarting my phone. Nothing works. Please fix it soon!nkuross

White Screen
