Mind awake has been extremely helpful with my goal to be a more conscious sleeper and take greater control and thoughtfulness in another dimension of life. After all - being able to harness our dreams is just one step on the road to a more fulfilling life! Mind awake has been so crucial in helping me explore and adventure in the other third of each day that we spend sleeping.
