Custom Channels allows you to record remote inputs and save them to a channel so that you can automate common tasks and play them back with a single tap on the channel. For Roku Tv's that support it you can enable extra buttons so you can control the power volume input and other tv settings. Simple to setup just make sure your phone/iPod/iPad is connected to the same network as your Roku and it will appear on your devices page. You can give your devices a name by swiping left so you don't have to keep the serial number as a name and any devices you no longer have or use can be deleted.
