Worst UI experience
This app needs improvements and bug fixes. Better User Interface experience. Long overdue app change.اتمنى تطوير البرنامج
Terrible experience
It’s frustrating that most courts use this app for reservations. I want to love this app but it’s so hard it constantly freezes and I can’t reach the checkout page without reopening the app multiple times. The whole app needs to be revamped!

Worst Customer Service
I’m a long time customer, I booked a game the next day when I intended to book it the week after. I called customer service so many times without any response. When they finally responded to me, they said they would not cancel it because it was under 24 hours. I explained the entire situation and their response was “It’s not our fault”. Uninstalling the app.

Excellent idea for an application but need to be updated and add some features Such as add money to the wallet and the payment option I can choose to pay Knet and wallet on the same time, some court near to each other in the same location so better to put number so we know which one We want to book
