Failed on first try…

I set up an account with my license plate and debit card and got confirmation to go ahead and drive through the lanes with cameras as instructed in the app…so went on the 40 freeway between Krakow and Katowice and headed into the auto lane and ended up holding traffic up for 15 min as I had to back out to squeeze into a manual lane. The lady in the toll booth didn't even see me registered in the system. Wasted my time and the time of many other drivers.

Cannot pay vinette for the same day

As default date is the next day. Easy to make mistake. Wanted to pay for roads in Slovakia and Hungary before entering and wasn’t able do do it. Useless

Beznadziejny interfejs

Absolutely useless

No matter if I put my German or US number in, no SMS confirmation code is sent, so that means I can’t register. App doesn’t seem to be even designed for iPhone users. Try harder.

Easy quick & convenient.

I don’t understand why all drivers on the A4 do not have this app. Obviously they like to waste time queueing. This Autopay app is simple to set up (unlike the ridiculous E-Toll app) and you do not have to keep your phone on as it reads your numberplate at toll points. You avoid the long queues to pay at the toll booths. It will also buy you tickets for E-Toll roads.

No support or Help

After changing plate numbers application stopped working and I got stuck on express line on A4. Sent TWO requests for help and no response

Visitor to Poland.

Difficult to decipher and NO signs on Motorway. Seems designed to issue fines.

„jeśli decyduje się Pan na samodzielny zakup biletu należy dezaktywować w aplikacji automatyczny pobór środków za ten sam przejazd poprzez dezaktywację pojazdu w usłudze.
W tym przypadku zwrot nie przysługuje.”

Czyli jesli apka przez caly przejazd nie naliczy kasy i sami kuicie, a za chwile sie „obudzi” to zaplacicie dwa razy. BRAWO!!! Zwrot nie przysluguje 🤦‍♂️ bo co? Bo tak się Pani widzi…
