Sized improperly
Cannot log in an iPhone SE because not all the fields are displayed.
Terrible app
You can’t even log in on the home page because it’s not sized properly. I can only enter my trip ID and my first name. I can’t access the last name box. Really pathetic.
Unable to see tours
I downloaded the app and I added the trip confirmation app. It came up one time but now when I want to go into it again you can’t touch the button to open it. It could be because I have a brand new phone, but it’s quite frustrating.
Very buggy and not loading
The app doesn’t load the trip -just keeps spinning and then returning to screen to add trip! This needs immediate attention!
Needs offline capability
When on a tour, the ability to have downloaded the itinerary and have it available offline would be super helpful. The requirement to be online is very frustrating.
Decent interface, terrible loading
When it works, it's not bad. Unfortunately, seems like it has issues loading my tour (aka it's primary functionality). So... Basically useless.
No Good
This app will not even bring up my trip. I was not able to make payments from the app and it’s blank when I try to bring up my trip. Disappointed!
Does not work
The app works great in the USA but once we began our trip in Asia it would not load. Basically useless.
Frustrating
This app is frustrating to use. Despite settings to automatically update tour information, it does not. When I get it updated, my tour disappears and cannot be reloaded without removing the app and reinstalling from App Store.
Very easy to have in hand
Having our important numbers and itinerary to pull up in the App is just so easy for us. Very handy and smooth to navigate.
