Wastes so much time!

Constantly kicked out, always crashing, especially when processing videos. If recorded through the app they disappear and need to be redone, which means doing them all over again, in various states, for the same thing to happen over and over again. Can’t wait for my work to begin using something more reliable. I’m spending more time at the tablet than I am with the car!

Unreliable and costs techs time and money

Continually crashes when uploading videos, freezes half way through a health check causing you to loose all day and have to start again. Menu pricing now not working so everything has done be done manually. Blamed on hardware and broadband bandwidth but the reality is the app is not fit for purpose.

Doesn’t seem to improve

The app has had many updates the whole time I been using it (4 years) but never actually seems to improve. It’s very slow when changing between jobs etc it takes too long and wastes time especially if your going to clock to authorise idle to help someone quickly. Also need a way to see old health checks from a technician use of the app and be able to view other jobs without having to clock off the one your working on. Apart from that the app works well tbh one little thing that would be a good idea is to have a option to fill in a reason why you clocked on to authorised idle so the workshop control etc can see it instead of having to tell them each time.

Absolutely atrocious

This app isnt worth the space it takes up, unfortunately i have no option but to use it for my job. Given the choice id move to an app which actually works

Amazingly poor

This app would work better if it didn’t exist. Constantly freezes, nothing works correctly. They keep updating the app only to make it worse, because its not getting any better

Just carried out latest update

Just carried out latest update not can not log on and off job with about 8 techs all have the same issues makes it very hard to do your job I wonder? If you reimburse the companies for money, lost due to this poor app

I’ve been forced to use this app for work and it is useless never works correctly and when ever it’s updated it gets worse if that was possible. Why does it always need to be messed with ?????

Utter rubbish🤬🤬!!!!

Why is it you do an update and make it worse than before? This is crap. Also why can’t you simplify the bloody thing. 6-8 screens to select before you can get working on the next operation ! We are not stupid, why don’t you just let us go from one operation to the next with just one acknowledgment message? Some of us have to justify every minute of our time and don’t have the luxury of sitting on our arses in an office pressing lots of buttons for a living. Obviously designed by someone who has no practical understanding of how a workshop actually runs!

Pain !!!

I feel it would be less painful having your toenails removed with some pliers and then snorting lines of acid??

Please fix the app!!!! Had enough of this deleting the app in a morning just to clock in and when you want to change onto another job guess what well you’ve got to delete the app again and reinstall it …

Terrible app.

Not sure how but this app seems to get worse with every update. Used to work ok with some minor issues but recently I can’t even clock in or log on and off jobs makes the app completely unusable.
