After NUMEROUS emails and messages I am still being sent emails about a subscription I supposedly cancelled (still can’t find out out if I have one or not because no one will respond). I would never download an app from this company again.

Every time I want to play it, it says to subscribe for two weeks free honestly this deserves 0 stars ⭐️ I don’t want to purchase two weeks free it’s like it’s forcing me to pay 😑and then I click decide later then IT JUST POPPED UP AGAIN this is absurd I DONT AT ALL recommend this....! My son struggles with math, but he’s actually getting up early for school to play before he has to go and we have to drag him off it for bedtime! It’s fun & engaging and he doesn’t even realize he’s learning. Would absolutely recommend!!

App will not accept my email address
I downloaded the app and entered my valid email and received an error message that my email address is invalid. Tried a different email address and received the same message. Downloaded a different app and used the same email address and had no issues. Deleted app.
