App display is not stable.
When touching the User Name field the screen enlarges. When touching again the screen shifts around. When the cursor finally displays you have to touch multiple times before it will let you paste. The same for the Password field. I am using an Apple 16 iPhone with iOS 18. Every time I go on the app I get the message oops we had a problem loading your page it’s been 4 years this is the worst app !!!App needs a refresh
It seems to do what it needs to do, but very very basic. My dealer promotes the app with the softener, but it looks like it hasn’t been updated on 5 years. That’s pretty crazy. Responsiveness, login and refresh of data leaves much to be desired. But for the most part if you brute force your way through it, it seems to work.Show lessGlitchy

The app appears to be no longer supported which is too bad as it gave me insight into my usage. Was flaky when it did work & required a reboot of the softener if it lost Wi-Fi connection which it seems to do regularly.Connectivity and app experience
Horrible app! I have removed and downloaded the app again but it won’t let me log in. Plus the water softener it’s connected too is not able to connect to our WiFi. It’s weird because another member of the household is able to log in on app, but I am not. Very frustrating. Wripli provides a different app for that - not realizing this really messed me up. Take a look at other apps by this developer and you will see a wifi installer app.

Water softener company great. App to check status, garbage. It’s been several days since install and I have never gotten a reading. This means the only way for me to know something is wrong is to call the water softener company or have them call me. Either way is b.s. What is the point of app?

Opps! - That’s about all the information you can get from this app. They still have a notification from November 25 saying their system is down because of AWS (their hosting service) and that as soon as it back up the app will work again. I guess it’s still not up. I can’t imagine it being a very good customer experience even when it is up and working. The User interface feels like it was part of a high school project. Just not good. This makes me question the rest of the Evolve product line.
The best solution to viewing data from your system is to visit the website and make a bookmark/app on your phone. Logging in that way works almost every timeShow lessApp crashes
Still having issues with App. On the app, the only thing that is updated is: capacity remaining until regeneration. The rest of the icons are 0. The vacation mode icon is greyed out- unable to use.
App crashes. It stalls to login into app. This happens about 2-3 times per month. The app will no longer show daily use. I have to go the water softner and hit the regen and next button together and do a soft reset. The company that installed the water softner is aware of the issue and they have reached out to Wripli. The water softner company has said they have also had complaints. I would assume since the last version update has been 2 years, that the problem will not get fixed. It’s frustrating to have to keep resetting it and also reading that people have tried contacting Wripli with no resolution.Show less
