Reviews of Veradigm EHR Mobile

  • Login problems!! Fix this!

Often days I entered the wrong id or password upon login with faceid (even without face id)

I have found a fix that works sometimes— look away for a few seconds, then back at the phone. Sometimes it will let you in. But about 75% of the time, login fails no matter what I do. Lots of attempts, fail, force quit, repeat.

    Developer Response

Hello, thank you for your feedback! Biometric login has been fixed in Version 21.4.0, please update to have this bug fix.
  • Never Works

The app isn’t very user friendly; leaves a lot to be desired in terms of navigating the EHR.

Most of the time, I’m not able to use the app due to repeated errors indicating I’ve entered the wrong password (I haven’t).
  • Horrible

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Crashes constantly, glitches while in the app, and despite confirming correct password with desktop login the app will often not let me log in. Not to mention when it is functioning “normally” the layout and interface is terrible. As a 28 yo it’s difficult to navigate, I can’t even imagine how some of the older generations could ever utilize this app.
