Customer service is zero and when you try to purchase an item with the app it says transaction has been canceled. This guys takes your money in and they won’t let you use it for anything else. It basically doesn’t do what it says don’t download

BEWARE: SCAM APP
Hello, this appears to be a scam app, I sent a lil over $20 in bitcoin for a $20 gift card, I got an email with the code to redeem the gift card, yet the code didn’t do nothing -_- hopefully they’ll resolve it with me or I’ll be taking legal precautions and will see them in court

Get rid of Recaptcha
I never write reviews, however I love Bitrefill and had to say googles recaptcha is messing up the entire experience that should be effortless. Replace recaptcha with an alternative if you must. I see other complaints about it as well. It will only get worst. Enjoy the 5 stars.
Can't sign in
Unable to sign in, prove you're not a robot by turning of ad blocker and reloading the page . I have no ad blocker installed, and there is no way to reload the page cus it's an app. Please have this fixed . Overall you have the best service and app is great but willing to use with an account
