ONLY to have all your cards declined and no one to speak to despite claiming a 24/7 service!
Tried to send money thru the website! that’s not an option! WHY WASTE YOUR TIME!
And if course can not pay with DEBIT card as it’s asking for a security number that’s doesn’t exist!
Very disappointed!

The only reason have not give five star is I think your Apps need update. Because it does not allow to change the Receiver address. As you know because of the war in Khartoum relatives & Freind left Khartoum and they are in cities which you provide your services.
I have trouble to call you to change it.

Great app to use to send money to sudan
I love this apps iTs one of the greatest app to send money to Sudan it’s great shame they don’t do other countries very easy to use but it’s little sad for the people who don’t understand Arabic so I think it should be in 2 languages I will always rate it 5* from me.
