When pressing four times on base it does not turn redWi-Fi App not connecting
I have programmed many beds using this app. Sometimes it works and then it does not work. Must be a bug in the app. Very frustrating and time consuming. Please do an update on the app. After the phone connects to the beds wi-fi the app does not automatically connect (the 20 second configuration screen never appears).Show lessWouldn’t connect no matter what
We took delivery of our TwinXL Comfort Bases on 2/17. Although I was initially able to connect both bases to the app, the bases began to operate randomly without any input from the app. After speaking with Customer Support we deleted the app to start over with only one base. At that point the app would not connect with either base. We were then informed that the app was down and there was no estimate of when it would be back up. Today (2/29) I tried again after being informed yesterday that the app was working. Still no connection no matter what I tried. I finally gave up and downloaded the app for Bluetooth instead. It works just fine.Show less
