Broken
The idea is nice and it actually works but after first day of downloading it started to malfunction.. you can’t increase the speed if you don’t pay the subscription it stays on one speed on all exercises…

I'm just not sure why buying 2 prescription at 6 month is cheaper than buying 1 whole year prescription lol but again... can't blame the english major on math problems

Always having to see ads even though I paid for ad-free subscription
Always having to see ads even though I paid for ad-free subscription. I paid for the yearly subscription, and I’m always seeing ads and having to uninstall and reinstall the app in order for the subscription “restore” to work (it doesn’t consistently work when I try to restore it every time I open the app). It’s a complete mess.
The exercises are great….. if i ever have time to see them after seeing all the ads that paid good money to NOT see.
I’ve emailed them about this they’ve never responded. Terrible.

Problem with subscription
The app keep forgetting that I have purchased the annual subscription - so I have to delete and reinstall the app. Doing this looses all your progress and stats and you start over. I’ve reported this to Apple and the developer - ever heard back. The app has not been updated in years so the developer is just raking in subscription fees but not supporting the app. Otherwise it’s a great app - but it makes me want to scream having to reinstall every few days

App riddled with bugs
As mentioned by other users, there are a lot of bugs with this app. It does not seem to be maintained properly.
You will enjoy using the free trial until you purchase the subscription.
Then the speed reading challenge will glitch to not exceed 400 and the ads will continue even after you paid for the subscription.

Love it but…
I hate that in order to improve you have to pay… I’m ok with an infinite amount of ads. But the fact that I get ads and am not even able to increase my reading speed, which is what I downloaded this app for, is really annoying.
Paid but still have ads
The app has great exercises but even after paying for the premium 6-month subscription, I am still getting interrupted by ads. I have reached out and received no response to my complaint about still getting ads even though they say they don’t have them when you pay.
Glitches
There seems to be a big glitch and as a result I’m unable to level up at all. Once I complete a session it keeps taking me back to 0 points and a notification that tells me I have to restart the level. I’m also very disappointed with how this app has transitioned from a highly effective and educational app to that of a money focused app that prioritizes advertising for the sole reason of pushing users to purchase a premium subscription. Also it makes no sense that the speed reading game has a glitch wherein it will not increase over 400 speed regardless of how many you get correct.
I really used to like this app and would hate to replace it with another, but I think until these problems are resolved, continuing this app will be hard.

Purchased premium and never got it. Scam?
UPDATE - THIS APP IS A SCAM. No response, and still ads after paying. The contact email goes to no one. SCAM.
I purchased the 6 month premium plan and never got it. I constantly still have to watch ads and it says I do not have premium when I have clearly paid for it. I have emailed the company twice and no response. To me, that’s a scam.
