Can’t even start the app
One of the worst apps. Won’t even start. App is useless which is funny because its works on android.

If I could give zero stars I would. App won’t sync. Can’t enter tests. Will probably loose customers because of this.

My kid could make this a better app
Regardless if you want to use the app or the website you will spend 5-10 times longer than the time taken on similar sites like BSI, etc. This is my second year with Vepo. With new device numbers the search functions are very difficult to get to work properly and even when you call in you can hear the frustration of the service help trying to find these devices. Once you manage to find the proper device, have fun reentering the same information, such as your test equipment information, on every test. And finally, you get the opportunity to waste all of your paper and ink as well as the time it will take to print all of these report receipts individually. Welcome to the future where what once took 2 minutes will now have you ready to smash your computer after 20-30 of frustration on each report. What was Raleigh thinking. And don’t plan on using the app in the field. Futile effort. Have fun

Terrible on ALL levels
First of all, they charge $15.00 per device immediately so if you don’t get paid by your customer there’s no solution for refund. The app itself is clearly not designed by anyone who has experience in the field. Unfortunately, you can’t give 0 STARS but I’ll settle for one. Don’t bother calling for support, better off emailing and waiting a while for response. This app needs A LOT of improvement but the business model alone is seriously flawed. It is the ultimate hands off approach by water districts and they don’t care how it hinders testers and their business, they just don’t want the responsibility anymore. Not one tester asked for this app and it is forced on you in certain areas to continue business, in my opinion it seems a bit illegal.

Buggy
many Bugs. Syncing phone is a problem. After every update you have to delete the app and reinstall.Customer support not very supportive
Much improvement is needed
Not very happy with this program but our water purveyor thinks they’ll take care of us in the end. I’m not so sure about that. This program is super slow and doesn’t allow for batch processing nor can you use it efficiently in the field. I tried today again to use in the field but it was stuck on “syncing “ and wouldn’t allow me to use it. Had to finish my reports at the office on a computer and even that took me 30 min to put in six tests. Very disappointed and think the builders of this program should be forced to use it in the field trying to do about 15-20 tests a day……they will fail

Very Frustrating
Been working with this app for almost 2 weeks now. They have all my personal and company information but yet I have to input all that information with each test I complete. The final test reports look terrible. It’s hard for me to believe that anyone in this organization has ever been in the field testing.
