Good app
It does exactly what is supposed to. It might not be fancy but it’s the security industry, what do you expect? I’m happy with it. You get notifications, you can see the history, see cameras ( if you have them connected) , turn on/off garden lights... etc. I would recommend it!

This app is extremely clunky. I open the app, and it asks me whether I want to log in. Of course I want to log in- what else do you think I’ve opened it up for?! Any operation elicits a lag of at least 2 seconds; it’s unclear if you’ve actually pressed the right button, or if you’ve missed. A major upgrade is required. To be fair, it does work once you’ve figured out its irritating quirks.

I have had the App for a year now, it works for me.
May I suggest to other users that they have to many Apps open on their phone
Have to many notifications coming through from other Apps, clogging the phone up.
Yes, it takes about 15 seconds to log onto the alarm. Better that way than having the App running all the time in your phone, using your battery. Also if the alarm is constantly streaming information, it is using up data on your broadband connection

Notifications Intermittent
As well as a lag to activate the system I am experiencing issues with notifications. There are various occasions when I do not receive notifications on my ios phone. The main reason for purchasing the alarm system was to receive alerts when the alarm was triggered. I will be speaking to my installer to remove the system and replace with an alternative.

It’s ok but could be so much better
The app is pretty basic and could be so much better. I would love to see these improvements.
- make it so you can turn off the chime when you turn a zone on or off. You can turn off the door chime but not zones. Very loud too.
- make it faster. It is slow to load and connect.
- I wish you could schedule times when zones come on and off.

Very happy
So reassuring to be able to check you’ve alarmed the house as you drive to work and can’t remember (also like being able to check the iron has been unplugged using Alexa and smart plugs for the same reason!!)

Brilliant app to have the latest info on your security system at hand wherever you are. Complete most functions as if your standing at the control panel - I wouldn’t be without it - highly recommended
Does the job
This app does exactly what it needs to, if not a little buggy when arming/dissarming from your phone. The user interface is a little basic and could do with a facelift, adding the ability to customise your own presets would be great.

App works fine until WiFi drops, then seemingly get serial number not known when trying to connect, which is frustrating as alarm is working fine but can’t connect through app
Nice app but..
Would love to see Face ID to login. GUI I find confusing and it times out too quickly making it hard to copy in the serial number. Need to be app front login then a site management area and then a site connection area, it's seem the two are combined but this makes it hard to use and not as free flowing. Future development would be nice to import your panels via the cloud login. Orisec products are well engineered so would love to see these minor improvements.
