Horrible, doesnt work, no support and no refund when you tell them it didnt work even though you followed all their broken-english FAQs. AVOID LIKE AIDS

I have been a customer of Xplori for about 1.5 years and love the idea of having a simple wallet that allows me to roam globally. I have topped up about eight times so far.
Just turn on roaming, restart the phone and bam! data roaming is enabled. I am based in Singapore and have used the Xplori eSim in Boston, Dublin, Toronto, Bangkok and now, Iceland! Yay.
Of course there are some countries that doesn’t seem to connect to the eSim like in Cambodia and KL. Thankfully the customer service is very responsive and has been able to help in most cases.
Thank you again to the Xplori team for an amazing product and so far, still the only one with a simple wallet with global data roaming.

As a regular international traveler, I have found the Xplori SIM card simple to use, reliable and good value for money.
On the few occasions I have contacted their service department, they have always been able to help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

the eSim is easy and convenient to receive, easy to install, network is strong so far. I had some difficuly in connection but the staff was very supportive to solve my issue. Strongly suggest for traveller who has new phone model.
Best Global Roaming Sim Card on the market!
I have been using the Xplori sim card for over 8 months now and can say with confidence that it is the best global roaming solution that I, or anyone I know, has ever used.
As an international long haul airline pilot, I have tried and tested multiple different products, including knowroaming and pokefi, not to mention my own provider’s roaming services and none provide the level of reliability, ease of use or value for money as Pokefi.
Having personally used the sim in more than 12 different countries, I have had nothing but brilliant success every time. The call rates and data charges are reasonable and the sim itself provides you with the functionality of having a fully functional calling and data facility at the fraction of the cost of most telecommunication provider roaming packages.
Add to this the ability to now be able to purchase a number to receive calls on the sim and I am now personally considering using Xplori as a replacement for my full time mobile package. I can’t say enough good things - on top of all of this, the customer service Xplori provides is also second to none. You will not be disappointed with this sim!

Great product. Just love the simplicity - one balance to be used anywhere. Also only Sim which allows you to make calls globally. Speed has been good and it helps that they work with different operators, so can always switch in case of coverage issues.
