Freezing Fun
I’ve enjoyed how the story events are playing out so far but it’s froze on me 2 times now when I select Level 11. First time restarted iPad; 2nd time deleted then reinstalled game. Same thing...music plays but screen frozen. Don’t think I’ll be buying this game.
Can’t get 3 stars on level 13
Can’t seem to get 3 stars on level 13 for some reason I’ve played the level multiple times and I cant get it
Whoever is in charge or the text needs help!
Had to delete, either the writer is completely illiterate or there’s a bug in the text. Fix and I may change my review. Hard to know what to do when can’t understand any text at all!!

Omg, love this game & when I reached the courtroom level, 😍😍😍😍 it just blew me away. I'm so in love with this game, I hope you all are starting on a similar game that involves another courtroom & maybe part of the hospital.
Just purchased the game & I'm at level 50+ really trying to pace myself but it's so hard.

Won’t unlock
I have finished the first 10 levels & have tried numerous times to pay for the entire game. Everytime I click either level 11 OR go to the beginning to purchase, the entire game locks up. I’ve tried this 6 times. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled with no luck. I’m playing on an iPad Pro with the latest iOS. Please fix!
Update: It seems this is a problem for MANY as most of the reviews I’ve gone back to read say the same thing. Again, please fix!

14&15?
As an aside...I came to LOVE the new Hearts Medicine. I played for weeks, it was so fun! Once I got past the changes, I really enjoyed all the level options & the gameplay was superb.
That being said - WHAT IS UP WITH LEVELS 14 & 15 on P&L:Twisted Minds? I’ve played them repeatedly - had all gold hearts for each investigator, 4 in a row multiple times, fully restocked, & couldn’t get 3 stars at all. Not even close on lvl 14!!! It makes no sense. The clock runs too fast & there are not enough investigators is all I can think of. The clock is always over 1/2 out when the 1st star is awarded.
PLEASE FIX THIS!! Some of us die hard gamehouse people must get 3 stars on every level!! Thank you! ❤️

Keeps freezing/crashing can’t play past level 10..so why purchase it..let down again please fix it ASAP

Problems with purchase
I purchased the game and it will not unlock the levels I have already paid for. I contacted support and was told to RESTORE the purchase, I did this and it has not resolved the issue. I’ve been waiting since yesterday morning.
You guys needs to fix this
I paid $1.99 for the first 20 episodes, an it didn’t do anything, it just took my money an didn’t give me any episodes for what I paid for, u need to give me what I paid for or give me my money back
Freezing
It freezes in the beginning of the game and then once you complete chapter 10. The game is better then the first one to me. Please fix it so I can decide to buy once fixed. My rating went from a five to a one until it is fixed. Deleting it off my machine until fixed. ☹️
