NEW PORTAL FEATURES IN THE APP
With Freeontour App Version 5.0, we have now made all the functions of the Freeontour Portal directly accessible within the app.
COMPLETELY REDESIGNED ROUTE PLANNER
Our route planner has undergone a complete overhaul to provide you with an even better and more efficient travel experience.
NEW USER INTERFACE
The route planner's user interface has been completely redesigned to ensure intuitive and user-friendly navigation. Planning your trips is now easier than ever.
ENHANCED FEATURES
In addition to the refreshed look, we have added exciting new features to the route planner to make your travels even more enjoyable.
• Vehicle Dimensions: During route planning, your vehicle's dimensions are now taken into account if you've provided them in your vehicle profile.
• Travel Period: When specifying a travel period, seasonal road closures such as winter closures for mountain passes are considered.
• Ferries: Adding ferry passages has been significantly simplified to make your travel routes more flexible.
• Route Status: In the route status, you can now indicate whether it's a plan or if the journey has already been completed.

The app offers both a campsite guide and a guide for motorhome stayovers with a total of almost 30,000 possibilities to camp, a route planner for campers with navigation options and diary function as well as travel and advice reports on all aspects of caravanning and camping.
In order to use certain functions in the app, you are required to register for a costfree FREEONTOUR profile, which also can be used online at www.freeontour.com. Your data between app and online portal will be synchronised for easy and comfortable use.
