No space guaranteed
Attended a football game in Gainesville, pre booked/ paid for a parking spot in advance. No instructions sent. Nothing stopped anyone parking in the garage using QR code and paying on the day leaving no free spaces.
Left car under threat of being towed in a local church space. Felt a bit like a rip off.

Buggy product that overcharges
I have to use this product every day for work. The app is frequently buggy, making it impossible to reserve spots. When you park without reserving, you get charged with a $15 fee. This happens a handful of times a month.
Additionally, the app will not accept my transit credit card.
Attempts to follow up with support led to circular conversations about why I needed to pay with a specific credit card. It was not fruitful. I do not suggest this service to anyone.

Most Money Hungry Parking Service
Here’s how it goes every time I am forced to use this sleazy company. I arrive at the hotel and pay for parking ($25) it’s a flat rate for the day, no other option to select how long you’ll be there, etc. Then you enjoy your stay at the hotel, and bam! At around 7 in the morning you get this automated message that says along the lines of “your account has been automatically charged for having a car parked without an active rental, a $15 convenience fee has been added” so now you have the $25 from the first part of the day. And before you can even wake up and check out they get you with an additional $40. It’s ridiculous and such a scummy way to rip people off. Would rather pay a parking ticket at least that money will actually go to something instead of this excuse of a company.

Couldn’t update a reservation
I had trouble when I wanted to move my car to a reserve spot one hour early from 7am to 6am. I started a new rental, but the screen reverted into the reservation likewise, I couldn’t simply update the reservation to reflect the new times (which was why I started a new rental ) so I wound up moving my car to another lot. this trouble may have been because I wanted to use the app as a guest before making an account. but it was a negative experience.

Pay for no parking
I have been sending emails and going back and forth for months now. The parking lot is packed leaving no spaces to park even though I pay for monthly parking. Even cars around the parking lot where there isn’t supposed to be cars parked. It has been so bad that cars park next to other cars where there is no parking space blocking cars from getting out. Yet the do nothing about it.

Did not work for me
Installed App. Pre Reserved spot. All worked fine. Arrived at parking lot. No spots available. No help in sight. No help online.
Was getting late for an appointment. Parked safely in a nearby garage. At lower hourly rate.
I disputed the charge. AirGarage has not responded in 9 days. So for me - no parking and the rush to find alternate parking and no refund of charge! I still gave it 2 stars because the concept has promise.
Found it suspicious that when I type google reviews for AirGarage, the first 3 pages are flooded with AirGarage ads.
So either the company is unscrupulous or their software is buggy. Or both. Just park the traditional way - because it is reliable and it works

Consistently Reliable
I’ve used lots of parking apps in cities around the country. Some are hard to use or don’t work all the time. I’ve parked scores of times with Air Garage and never had a problem. Adding or deleting vehicles and forms of payment is quick and easy — never a problem.
Don’t use
They will retain your info to, weeks later, charge you $47 for parking in a lot 700 miles away from you while you car is parked 100 feet away from you in your apartment parking lot. It appears that they try to leverage the, sometimes unwittingly, retained card info of prior users to try to offset the costs of people that park without paying — obviously without these prior users’ consent. I would advise potential users to just not give this company their card info in the first place, because it is difficult (if not impossible) to remove, and creates issues that could be solved by simply parking elsewhere.

Wish I had another parking option
I have used several parking apps and this is the worse one thus far. You’d think it would be easy, and a requirement, to allow multiple day parking reservations on the app. Especially considering I need to use this app at my local Amtrak station. But no, the app automatically logs me as finished with my reservation everyday around 3 am and then fines me fire still being in the garage. I try to get to before the fine comes threw but no joy. I’ve got a trip coming up in a few days and am dreading having to use this app again.

Does not work for multiple days
I parked my cars for several days in a station right next to a train station. It said nothing about a max rental time. I got a message a day later saying I didn’t have a rental and I had to pay extra money, and then the next morning (not even 12 hours later!) it canceled my rental again and I can’t continue my rental through the app because I’m too far away. I will just have to hope they don’t charge me extra again and that I get back home before they decide to tow my car because of their glitchy app.
