Stole my money
I paid for a month to try it out on my subscriptions it says I’m paid up til may 15th….. apparently not cause everything is locked now it was fine for about 4 days then all of a sudden everything is locked again I emailed customer service and never got a response I understand it’s only $5 or $8 whatever it’s not a lot but I have a 3 month old he’s my first so sometimes I’m interested in the advice I could get but I guess I’m not allowed to get any 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ Good luck to anyone who actually pays for this I guessShow lessNanners1299
Do not pay these people. They charge and don’t provide.
I paid for this app 2 months ago and the posts that are meant to be visible for paid subscribers are still blocked.
I have emailed multiple times and my emails have been ignored and no action has been taken.
I’m still waiting on a response and refund as I can’t use the app.CicyMcC

Subscribed for a PRO monthly subscription $2.99 and it won’t let me use the PRO version!! I sent 2 emails within 2 weeks and no response from developer! I’m very frustrated because I do enjoy the tips I read from the articles I can access.mRockvam

Honestly not as helpful, it’s almost like tell me something I already don’t know and for charging too, free to download yes but u have to purchase in order to use the app. Downloaded chose a “package” went through it and now cancelling it. I never write reviews but as a parent who wants to save every penny for the baby really this app isn’t necessary, join a Facebook group or google recipes is most likely much better than this appShow lessyhhkikikntf

Some people my day I’m doing to much . But I was going to join until I landed on a “black baby” . Now I understand you wanted to support the African American people but NO ONE is that black . You could’ve at least put a brown color but black.Suppamanx3

So i bought hello baby yearly and it was supposed to give me access to all the apps but some of the things on Baby tips like sounds etc are still locked and i don’t know what to do to solve it ? I specifically bought it for me to be able to have it all ... 😓 thanks for your time.Vanessabb20
