Say hello to My opportunities! Now employees can easily explore, navigate, and track the opportunities they’ve engaged with–from applications to successful matches to closed opportunities. ‘My opportunities’ includes 4 tabs: ● Saved: for saved opportunities ● In progress: for pending opportunities (‘Pending review’ and ‘Match (ongoing)’ statuses) ● Successful: for opportunities that were successfully completed (‘Match’) ● Closed: for opportunities that didn’t yield a successful outcome (ex. expired, declined, or closed by the opportunity creator) A few of the opportunity statuses were renamed to drive more clarity: ● Pending review: for projects and positions that require further review ● Match (ongoing)–for positions only: indicates a match for a position but no assignment. Once the candidate is assigned, the opportunity status changes to “Match” and will appear in the “Successful” tab. ● Visited: for learning opportunities ● Sorry, no match: a kinder way to say something didn’t work out
