Unreliable app with no customer support
Standard media will request subscription ID even after providing proof of payment through iTunes.
Really disappointed.
The app does not work

Oh boy was i disappointed , I paid for the weekly subscription thru I tunes on my Iphone and like any other App i expected once payment is made you can acces the content , NOPE . Nothing . I am asked to subscribe AGAIN . I logged out of the APP and sign back in Nothing . There is no way to contact them no customer support NOTHING . I even subscribed twice to give it the benefit of the doubt . Nothing nothing . and my Money is GONE .
I know i will the money back from Apple but this is Complete JUNK app and a disappointment . Come on Standard media you can do BETTER.
