Do Not Recommend
I’m writing this review in a taxi I had to call last minute to make a delivery because Mashkor canceled my pick up/delivery without any notification or heads up. I placed my order earlier this afternoon and spoke with customer service to ensure it was accepted and would be carried through. Since then, it was canceled at the time delivery was supposed to take place and customer service will not answer my calls, although they are online on WhatsApp. This is all after the app crashed over 6 times while using it and me redownloading it to work. It is my first and last time using Mashkor. The app is a great idea and much needed but unfortunately comes down to very poor execution.Show lessYuyupupululu

I’m from Denmark and I’ve been living in Kuwait for the 6 years. I love this country and I know what I’m talking about. I’ve used many logistical apps. Mashkour has potential lacks leadership and guidance. I suggest that a reshuffle in how the drivers deliver and the system used from calling to delivering is way to complicated. Just what I need!!! I never wrote a comment for an app before except one time, and it was a complaint. However, this App is perfect I used it to order my pet food from petzone alRai and it took less than 45 minutes and for free as a gift I just payed for the food, and I was able to track the order from the beginning until it arrived to my house! Can’t sign up
The application works perfectly, but once I signed up I’ve been waiting for the verification code and couldn’t receive anything on my Sms!
Please fix the sign up and make it more easier...Mj Kuwait

Too many small logistic start up companies out there and Mashkour does not offer anything special compared to its competitors, which in my opinion, are miles ahead! Good luck, but if I was to place wager the odds would be 130 to 1.MrRobot8891
