Planner not working
After typing in a location in the journey planner just get error message ‘cannot load search results’. Not possible to enter start or destination making the planner unusable.
Nearly useless
There are some great potential features here, but implementation is so bad as to make this app nearly useless. Whoever built it never did any real-world testing or they’d see how bad it really is. Too bad because it has the makings of a truly valuable tool for visitors to Cyprus.

Shameful
Either take it down or build and maintain it properly. Not one aspect of this app works and the user interface is overly complicated and clumsy. It feels like somebody checked it off their to do list ‘hey, look boss, here’s that app PR said we needed to have and I did it within the €25 budget’.

Issue with schedule
It was working properly but I am unable to see schedules for Limassol from Saturday 11th February.
Improvements badly needed
The app is very far from being user friendly. Massive improvements are needed.
For example the “Directions” simply doesn’t function, you have to check every route manually.
You have everything you need to make the app perfect, so what stops you?

Complex design and hard to use
The app might have all the information you need but the way it is presented makes it hard to discover, understand and use. My advice to the app's developers is to remove complixity but removing unneeded features. Make the search and route planning functionality work great, and leave out all the clutter caused by all the filters and extra sub screens. In short, you need to consult an experienced UX designer as this app is really hard to use.

It has been amazing for the past year but now not working. Data not loading message. The wifi and 4g work well so it must be the app. Please fix it.
