Doesn’t work
App is completely redundant, you can’t add a payment card and there is no option to pay with cash so unable to pay and therefore app doesn’t let you book.kharris1985
Don’t bother!
Prebooked a car with the app. Got a text message to say it had been despatched. When the car didn’t turn up I rang up to be told that they were really busy, my driver had gone home and I should have just rung up! Don’t bother. I won’t be. Ever again.chris mcstill
Can’t select pay with cash.
I have to book a taxi everyday in order to get to work, Since Andicars and 626 taxis have merged the app no longer works, you can’t select pay with cash anymore so I use aqua cars in order to book but would like to see this app fixed as it is closer to home.
UPDATE: I finally Managed to get the app functioning again, uninstall the app then reinstall. (don’t log back into the same account) re register and the payment method can be updated! 🥳Show less👺 Anonymous 👺
Can’t use
Keep getting error messages. Was advised to uninstall and reinstall by the taxi office, but still getting same message. Unusable and not fit for purpose.LinaM20

Have used the app and when changed back from 626 to Andi cars the new app won’t work. Such a pain and even when you call up and tell them months later nothing sorted.Dlpmxmsjxj
Doesn’t work
Used this app lots previously but App does not work on my apple iPhone XS. Real shame as other taxi apps work perfectly well. You really ought to sort it out.Acion1

App does not work when placing a booking it comes up with an error stating unknown object?

Can’t add payment methods
Can’t update my wallet on this new app. Can’t add payment methods. So often I ends up using another taxi company with working app that enable me to add my debit card and Apple Pay. This was on my iPhone 6. I now have iPhone X and tried to used Andicars app, still can’t use the app.DNBK18
