GLITCH
I do love this app, but it has crashed in the past couple of days where the screen is almost completely black and it continuously ask me to login. The screen flashes. But it's as if somebody took the screen for the application and pushed it all the waypast the upper left corner of my phone. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, looked online for help and could not find anything. So I'll have to go with another app.

Issues with Netflix
Me and my boyfriend were using this app to watch shows together over long distance. We were watching Crunchyroll and Disney+ that both worked fine, but when we wanted to watch something on Netflix, the app kicked us out saying it needed a “playback” or something in order to work. We just winged it and watched it in our own Netflix accounts but started at the same time. Whenever I go back in to the app ( I’m the one who starts our party) it still says the message about Netflix and now it’s glitched to where I can’t exit out and I’ve uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and closed out of it several times but nothing has work. Please address this asap!

Not so good app
It started off fine. As i started watching more movies with my friends, we could no longer text (in the chat) because the chat button doesn’t show. We would have to turn on our mics. When turning on the mics, the movie would be silent even after we’ve turned them off. It’s just getting progressively worse. They need a big update, but right now i’m deleting this app.

Useless won’t join parties
WHO ACTUALLY DESIGNED THIS APP? Looks great but fails . Unfortunately this app is useless. Cant even send a report after you type in a detailed message as the send button won’t activate. Not only that, but can’t join another party even after sending a link, accepting them and talking to them. (Won’t join movie no matter what I do). Comes up with advertising error code during connection. If you create an app, make sure it works before you release it.

Frustrated
Good app but frustrating because you cannot watch a show from the middle of the episode. It simply will not let you select the show if the episode has already started. This irritating because I’ve accidentally clicked out of the show and have not been able to re click on it.
Update ruined the app
I’m so happy the app isn’t gone but please go back to friends list and easier access to message when we talk to people while watching something the app always crashes when it’s pulled up and it’s unbearable to use anymore :(( the ads aren’t a issue because I know the free app needs money to fund it somehow but the main issue is just inviting friends to the group or app crashes when messaging is pulled up

Nice to have you here, however…
It was a pleasant surprise to see an update was available. I like the overhaul, however I noticed some key features were removed; like a friends list, volume control settings, and quick tap-skipping for videos..y’know that ability to skip 10 seconds at a time by double tapping the video. If we could have these features back in a future update, that’d be lovely. I’m just glad I can still use the app.

To play Netflix videos we use the Netflix app. We synchronize them and let you still talk in Hearo. It's a bit clunky, but better than nothing.

Don’t shut down, you guys are the best calling & stream app, without you were nothing in this world, in all seriousness you guys have been great and I hope you stay but I understand

Good app shame its closing down
I really wish you werent shutting down, me and my long distance bf love this app and we cant watch movies anymore after it shuts down :/
