This is a great game the people working on the game are doing their best to keep the game great. Is the game perfect? No but you can reach out to the developers through email I would suggest looking them up on Facebook there is a official group. Typically all your concerns and questions can be answered there, as well as find a great group of people to be friends with trade items and more. I have spent more then to would like to say on this game because I like it so much and now my mom and 2 daughters play it to! Fun for the whole family!

Real money purchases
I purchased coins with real money twice got charged but never received my coins. Was highly upset. The application did not even have a support page to report the issue. Overall I love the game besides the fact I got charged twice without receiving the items I paid real money for.Lenadng

I just downloaded this game and I love it so much. I’m always tempted to buy coins when I see the fun items in the shops😭😭. Please help make my pet paradise experience better by allowing the game to fit on my screen. It took me a while to figure out the life bars on the left. I started searching for games like pet society on app store and found this gem of a game. I loved this game ever since I downloaded it. I was so excited to see something similar to pet society.
