Glitchy and doesn’t work when it needs to
Was trying to sell some btc but the app just doesn’t send out any coins. What’s the point of using a wallet that doesn’t work when you need it to?Gecko2576

Monarch Wallet hasn’t worked for a few days now. Highly unusual because the wallet has worked without problems the last few years now. The current app is downloaded to the phone. Rug Pull?
Update: The Monarch Wallet is now working. It was a temporary issue after updating the app problem solved.MrFreeze2

I’ve sent multiple emails/tickets to let them know that coins aren’t displaying on my wallet yet the balance on the blockchain is correct. Very short response telling me they will let their techs know, but there was never a solution. Didn’t answer any of my questions either. And I still can’t send coins!! CANNOT MOVE TOKENS + NO SUPPORT
I have made multiple send attempts to exchanges in the last few days with multiple tokens from the Monarch Wallet, but the coins are NOT being sent. A prompt on the screen will say “sent successful,” yet the coins do not move. I went to the Monarch Wallet support site to submit a ticket. However, when attempting to submit a ticket, it just keeping saying “Captcha verification failed, try again!” Are you kidding me!? In the current market circumstances, and I cannot even move my coins or receive support????Show lessDorian Smith
Great app
Love the app and the customer service is top notch. I had minor issue with sending but I think it was a minor bug. All is good now, and the customer service actually responded to me. Not like all them other wallets that just push you aside and ignore you. Only thing I would change is, after setting up your wallet and WRITING DOWN YOUR SEED, the seed should be deleted from the settings. Just another layer of security. Write them down and put it in a safe.Show lesskingq000

Been using the app as my daily Crypto wallet for years. Overall, it’s been constantly updated; added all sorts of great services, and now with Apple Pay, I can have crypto bought and put in my wallet in minutes!! Really great app, definitely recommend!Arcolus
Monarch Wallet
The monarch wallet has great features and pretty good customer service. I’ve had some issues with the functionality of the wallet like selling and buying my crypto.
Overall it’s seems to be a good wallet if everything works like it’s intended to. I’m since moved to another wallet because the Monarch had some kinks in it that I felt could use some improvements. Seems a bit over marketed by certain YouTubers.Show lessBo-ski
