An undefeatable criminal syndicate known as the phantom renegades have taken over New York city the crime syndicate has manage to infiltrate every aspect of the government and they rule in the shadows. The city is now called the rotten apple because almost everyone has been bought including the entire criminal justice system. Every single turn crime is inevitable, you cannot avoid it even if you tried. Manslaughter cases are considered especially heinous, but you can’t stop every murder. There are dedicated detectives in New York city who investigate these vicious felonies and go to extreme lengths to solve cases.
