  • Didn’t get what I want.

    The reason I gave them 2 star the deliver come on time. While I was ordering some vegetables they were not out of stock. When I order it . They text me and said it’s out of stock. I ordered green spring onion. They send me salad green onion. It’s has only little bit green parts the rest of it is white long onion part. Very disappointed.☹️

  • Difficult to use

    This app needs updating, too many glitches to be worthwhile , a shame as it used to work fine
  • Great app for weekly shopping

    Works very well and has details of what you’re actually ordering, unlike others. I do my weekly shopping here with no issues. Highly recommended.
  • Bad service this time - order # 36720

    I have ordered, and paid for, 8 tomato juices. I have received only 7.
    I have called the driver, Allan, twice. Each time he has promised to come back right away. He did not come.
    I have called “call us” on GroceryPik app.
    The lady has told me “ I will call my rider and will call you back “. She did not call back.
    Indeed very bad service!!!!!!
    Kindly rectify !

    Chandarana is THE worst place for online shopping!!!!!!!!!

    Items are left out for which you are charged and the order did not reach within the slot and NO ONE answers the phone

    The whole point is for contact less delivery . We had unpack from the riders box to ours... the packing was very poorly done
  • Needs work! Costed me more time and hassle than driving to the shop

    Apps like this are supposed to make life easy. But this one has a looooong way to go. Many of the items are not listed (but I know they are present in store as I often give up and go in to get them myself), the search function doesn’t work properly and the app requests for log-in AT THE POINT OF CHECK-OUT, after which you lose your shopping cart - which means all that time spent searching (scrolling, because the search function is not working) was wasted. You now have to start again.
    Incredibly frustrating, seems the developers built a beta then lost interest.

    For shoppers this is a very poor customer experience but good news for any competitors looking to enter the market.

  • Terrible Service

    Delivered the wrong items from what I ordered, rider refused to take them back saying he’s only contracted to deliver items and the customer care lines were not (and are still not) working so I had nowhere to lodge a complaint.
  • Disappointing! Will not use again

    The location on the app didn’t work correctly so the only way I could place an order was by setting my location as Nairobi. I received 2 missed calls on my phone from an unknown number at 9.38am, so guessing it might be the delivery team I called back at 10.03. The line was busy. I then went into another meeting and when my delivery still hadn’t arrived by 1.15pm called the number on the app (my delivery slot was 9-11) to explain that I hadn’t received my order. I was told they had tried to call me (the 9.38 missed calls) to tell me that the store I had selected doesn’t cover my area. Firstly you must fix the app so the location selector works to prevent this happening to others, and secondly you must continue to call customers if there is a problem. So disappointing!!! I was actually in Carrefour this morning and could have bought the items I am now missing, but put my faith in your service. This is now a major inconvenience.
