never lets me play it just closes

The game keeps crashing and turning off. my parents got me a new phone because because a lot off them should have worked and it was not just the was old on my new phone and it still does not work

I have tried to open this game on three different devices: an IPad mini, an IPhone 8, and and IPhone 8 Plus. Yet it still won’t open what am I supposed to play this on then?! It looks like a good game but it doesn’t work so 1 star
