App is broken! PLEASE FIX
I’ve used this many times and it worked great but now the app won’t recognize the microscope. When I press the picture button on it though, the app makes the camera shutter sound, so I know it’s connected via WiFi. It just displays a black screen and says “please connect via WiFi”

Failure to connect
I have tried everything. My microscope wifi connects, but the app no longer accesses the video. It’s not a connection issue with my phone. Just no video no matter what i do. It worked for the last year or two without incident. Without this app working the microscope is useless. Am i mossing something? Please help

Simply does not work
I unpacked the camera, read the “improved” instructions here among the App Store reviews, and tried to use it. The Unsecured Network Max-See-40d8 shows up in my WiFi settings. I connect to it. I go back to the app and see nothing. The app prompts me to “connect the device through WiFi,” and jumps me over to WiFi Settings. Now the Max-See network tells me there is no internet connection. I’ve restarted the iPhone, restarted the camera. Nothing. No image whatsoever. This feels like I wasted $30 on the device.

I can’t find the microscope in the Wi-Fi
App doesn’t work
I connected to the microscope through the app via wifi. But everytime I go back to the app to view what the scope is seeing, the screen is still black with a prompt asking me to connect via wifi and I’m connected already.
No longer connects
It used to work but now I connect to the WiFi but no images appear on the phone. Total waste of money buying the microscope. Avoid!
Beware Malware
Installed this after product arrived. Should have stopped minute I realized you had to connect to device as a wifi connection. I used it once and a week later my online bank account was breached. I only use the mobile app and the scammers had my bank user id plus a whole ton of other information they shouldn’t have. I’m pretty sure only way they couldn’t get what they were after is because I had face enabling for passwords, so they couldn’t lift the information to get fully in.

Recent update has rendered the app useless
I have been using Max-See as part of my business for a few months with great success. Today, I took photos as usual then went to upload to google drive where I keep everything organized. The upload button force closes the app and I have no other method of saving the photos.
I went to the App Store to report a problem but this app doesn’t accept feedback through the App Store. So I went to their website. I emailed the email address on their website and received an error notification that the email doesn’t exist.
I hope this is just an oversight and the app will be back to functioning soon but not having anyway of getting support for this is very frustrating.

Stuck in portrait mode.
Suddenly will only work in portrait mode on iPad Pro. There are no setting options in the app so everything is stuck sideways while I’m trying to use it. Version history from one day ago says “fixed bugs.” Seems to have only created more bugs. Like many other reviews on here have stated; the camera is fine, the app is trash.
