Booking leisure swimming is ridiculous
I find a session, I start adding people, I can’t access my membership number (that I have to then back out of my booking and go copy and paste from somewhere else)… except you can’t just copy and paste your membership number from inside the app, you need to take a screenshot and then get your phone to OCR the number for you.
Even after that you need to fill in your name and address way more times than is sensible. The app should already know ALL OF THIS!

It seems that leisure swimming slots are extremely hard to book with a membership, you have to use your membership number every time and the information does not automatically drag through on the app, so time consuming! A resolution needs exploring to make the booking experience more streamline. I am also I member at City Council leisure centres and their booking system is far more easier to use.Show lesskat7tom
No Watch app - needs a re-think
Update - would be great if the membership card was accessible via the app navigation. I book onto a class in the car park and then have to scan in the gym but to access the card is several clicks meanwhile people are queueing behind me. Ideally the membership qr would be available for the Apple Watch so I could tap in more easily.
Update - recent update means it now takes about five clicks to book a course and I get a confirmation email that I don’t need. How can the app have gone backwards! The card to pass the gym barrier is only within the app. I don’t want to bring my phone into the gym because the lockers don’t lock. I wear an Apple Watch as many gym members do yet there is no Apple Watch app.Show lessBovie bruja
