This is the most ridiculous app I've ever used. I've subscribed and apparently downloaded a video but there is no download area in the app to retrieve it from so every time I press on the video it asks me to download it again.. possibly a scam?
Also where is the user account section so I can undo the automatic renewal? It says there will be an option to do so but it doesn't exist!!Show lesssledhesos

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is possible that the download failed in the background. All your downloaded videos will have a green tick on the thumbnail and will be in the offline section (which is accessed by pressing the third Bob button from the right).Subscription doesn’t work!
I paid for the year subscription which initially worked, however after a couple of weeks the app locked again even though the account on App Store shows my subscription! Contacted the app developer who advised an update was due and this should sort the problem. Having emailed again several times without reply the app still doesn’t work!!Show lessRanger freddie

I paid the $8.99 for the annual subscription on September 10th. Never received the content, no response from developer after multiple attempts. I think this is a scam. Very disappointed.69cyclone

Scam, don't buy!
Paid subscription but still couldn't download or watch any videos. Emailed USP Studios, no response. There were no reviews or comments on this app as they had "reset" the comments. Should have realized this was super dodgy. Don't buy this - it's a scam.stt777
