I did the city walk and finally found the street art guess waited 3 days..what the total reward was $1.75 and I only fking received $1.04 what a shame

Early Problems Using This App

I have just tried to use this app in Lidl whereby I had to take photos of a couple of items. All well and good BUT the first item (large baguette) was in a clear plastic wrapper with no barcode on it. There was one on the display showing the price but no numbers underneath it. Undaunted, I found the next item; a bottle of Fair Trade South African Wine. I did find the barcode on this BUT it was different to the one specified. Why? It was so frustrating. Am I doing something wrong or is the app itself giving me bogus information? I’m so confused!

Mistakenly account suspended

After many year of been an active user my account was suspended cause mistakenly flagged up violating the guidelines. I can guarantee it is a mistake because I’ve been doing the same things for many years with no problems, the minute before I’ve just submitted a task and the minute later the account was suspended with no a valid reason! The same issue happened once before with the same circumstances but after asking to double check they immediately apologized and reactivated the account promptely. The system is faulty and I’ve lost my remaining balance. Very disappointed!

Photos + App

The task is clear but the app does not allow the user to skip one task like a second shelf picture when instructed not to take one. That was my first impression after attempting to do a task, now after one week of using it. I am confident to say that is not user friendly and it might be misleading the user to finish the task before it is worth to pass the review and be rewarded with $.

Updates for nothing!!!! All problems

Every time I want my money that I go out and spend my time and gas on I have to come here, write a flipping review, and then it seems to work. This is the only app that has a problem paying their contributors. They always say it’s the PayPal payment platform when really it’s just them. I have other apps that use PayPal to pay their contributors and never is there a problem with those. And all they give back are the same generic answers, I don’t really thing they read the complaints or concerns. Pay your contributors. I doubt they go without getting paid. And update after update but the main problem is never fixed. So great way to make money, but NEVER A GUARANTEE YOULL GET PAID!!! This would be one of the best way to make money if they would pay!!!

Do not download unless……

My first impressions is this app was good I made money easy but I haven’t used it in a while because I moved states and they didn’t have much jobs here. So what made me dislike this app is a week ago I had went out spent my money to get around to make $41 so since then 2 missions that was $9 each they denied me for because the items was shown in one of them clearly and the other they was out of stock with no shelf tag. I was okay with that even though I did it twice and it still didn’t submit.

I finally got approved but I couldn’t cash out. I tried logging into my other phone because my phone was going dead but I DIDNT log in. They withheld my money for a week making excuses how the team was working out it. Until they deactivated my account. Now if there system showed that I’m not understanding how it didn’t say I didn’t log in. I’m confused

Continued cash out issues

I’d like to give this Premise App 5 stars, but I can’t. I have no issues with the surveys which are very low paying but easy. As far as find the products- the pay is fair & the “find 5 bonus” helps me work towards a goal. For those things they get 5 Stars. But, their continuous issues with cashing out to Pay Pal, it’s really frustrating. Reading reviews going back over a year, it appears to be a constant problem. I’ve only been with this specific App for about 6 months & I’ve already had cash out problems at least 3 different times. This is more than just a technical issue. At the very least they could post something on the home page of the app letting people know that they’re having issues. Right now I’m afraid to do anymore “find the products” because I’m not sure how long I’m going to have to wait to get paid. I have other apps that I could spend my time on & have never had issue getting paid. What exactly is the problem with Pay Pal cash outs?
