The advertisements outweigh the helpfulness of the app. Drives you crazy enough to pay for it. Such a headache don’t even bother with this...

Pill reminder is working for me now
The first time I tried USING the app am and 10:00 pm but I did not get a notification or a reminder to take my pill, I am not old only 41 but I need this app to work meds are to prevent me from having a seizure.
Almost perfect!
I have been finding this app very useful in my daily life so far! It is great to regular reminders for taking my medications at certain times, as it gives me a sense of consistency. Only improvements that I can see needing are more categories of medications. For example I take an medicated ointment for my nose; however, ointments don’t show up in the app. Also would be nice to have widget support and/or 3D Touch menus.

No vibrate alerts
I was looking for an app that provided a vibrate alert on my phone. This does not and is so full of ads I was interrupted several times just trying to enter the medication. The default times to the medications is not even - if you enter take medication four times, they are not evenly spaced times, so you must still edit each one.

Time of dose
I have the free version and it works fine except that I can’t place the time I actually took the medication. It just allows me to say whether I took it or not. For meds that repeat in a day, I need to know when I ended up taking it so I can know when to take the 2nd dose. Life happens and I don’t always take meds at the original time planned. Thanks.

Just what I needed- couldn’t keep track of what or when I was taking anything or when refills were coming up and this solves it all!

It works great. I think. So far anyway. I just started using it but had to leave a review in order to check out one of the uses. I’m sure it’ll be fine though.
Review
I use to lose track of when I would take my medicine which would cause me to not take any. Now that I have this app, I take my medicine everyday. It reminds me at just the right time every day!
