Problems with the extra questions

I paid to have access to the extra questions however I am still told to pay for it even after it has been taken from my account and until now I still have no access to it. I emailed customer services however still no reply... please could someone fix this or offer the customers their rightful refund.

Some problems

Paid the extra for some extra questions however, I can’t see them, tried to press restore but it doesn’t help. Please fix or suggest a solution. The questions are good

Not worth the money

I thought I had a bargain initially. But there really aren’t that many questions at all, the app is clunky and it isn’t worth £15.
I would recommend using Ontrack from RPS for free for a month instead.

If I could turn back the clock for a refund I would...

Paid £20 and no additional questions

The app does not give me additional questions although I paid £20 for it. They have also failed to respond to my email. Very disappointed.

Great practice

Each questions have BNF explanations which is very useful for the exam practice

If you’re a pharmacy pre reg, you NEED this

I’ve been working through the BNF, past papers and question packs for ages but having an app really helps change the mood. I’m able to test my knowledge at any time during the day and if I get something wrong, the detailed explanations are right there to help me out.

Just what I needed

The clinical section contains questions from all of the BNF chapters and I am slowly working my way through those. The law section is also very impressive, lots of questions to get through. Randomise is probably my favourite though!
