This is the reason I took it off the helmet
It DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE PHONE! Garbage! No matter how many times you try, there is no connecting the camera to your phone. Nothing on their websites for the camera app…or even viewing your videos! Horrible. No one to call.

The hours I’ve spent trying to get this rubbish to work I should now be charging for.
It is very difficult to get the “50c-xxxxx” network to appear at all. You have to do things very quickly in the exact right order.
And on the one occasion in 10 that it does appear, the phone simply says “cannot connect to this network”.
Yes. iOS is up to date. Yes. The 50c firmware is up to date (which was an utter trauma in itself to do). Yes. The app is up to date because Sena hasn’t bothered to update it in 11 months. Yes. My phone supports 5 and 2.4 GHz networks.
So basically the WiFi dongle that came with the camera is useless because the only way to get pictures and vids off the Sena is to take the SD Card out and put it in my computer.
That’s very flaming useful when I’m on a motorcycle camping tour.
I paid nearly £500 for this unit but I may as wel have just bought some cheap Chinese thing off the internet since this unit has been manufactured and programmed with about the same level of care.

Worked-ish with iPhone 10, not at all with iPhone 14
Much like the other reviews, I’ve found that when I upgraded my phone a year ago the app has completely failed to work - or rather, the WiFi connectivity has. It’s a real shame because the 50C camera is great. I ended up fixing with. £6 SD card reader that plugs straight into the phone. App no longer needed and deleted.

Horrible!!!!
The device itself takes quality videos… but trying to save them anywhere other than a memory card? Forget it!!! For whatever stupid reason, it creates its own WiFi signal to download videos onto your phone… which constantly disconnects. AVOID BUY PRODUCT OR USING APP… you have to use the stupid app in order to use the camera… incredibly frustrating!!!! Because the video quality is great, but what good is it, if the the app constantly fails!?

This app won’t connect, no mater how hard you try, can you not make it simple, find you device link you device
Worst software I’ve ever experienced
It reminds me of early 2000’s software. The camera is pretty nice if it would actually record. Takes me about three minutes to connect via wifi for some reason I do not understand. Once your in the app and you click record you would think it would idk record, but it doesn’t. I could’ve bought something for half the price and been better off.

Awful
Connectivity is awful. The app is a good idea but in practice it’s awful. It relies on the camera connecting to your phone via Wi-Fi. The major issue is the camera must have the weakest Wi-Fi signal known to man because it very rarely shows as visible and on the odd occasion it does, you get it connected and the app moves to a “connect camera” message, highlighting the camera has just lost its Wi-Fi. Again. I can’t even get it to hold Wi-Fi long enough to view my media. Sena is a good brand but this app/Wi-Fi on the 10c Evo is majorly below par for them. They need to sort it asap because it’s a real dampener on the product.

Software Needs Fixed
I don’t understand how Sena gets away with selling $200-$500 headsets and have the worst software for everyone of their apps I have ever seen. Is your programmer the son of the owner or something cause you need to fire them.
Sena 10c pro WiFi not working on iPhone 14
Try to connect WiFi to iPhone 5 or iPhone 11 , it is working good, but when try to connect WiFi to iPhone 14 it is not working, has messaged ( no internet connection). Contacted to Sena tech support, booo they are not understood the problem, they didn’t know how to fixed.
Forget it
I bought a Sena 10C Pro for a road trip. Hours of chasing my tail setting up firmware updates to end with a crescendo of very poor quality apps. Spend your money on something else. Physical camera product quality seems OK but the supporting software and apps are just poor beyond ridiculous.
