Requires a Gmail address
The guitar is great, but the app forces the use of a Gmail address, which makes it useless for me.
No English translation
I can't even make a password for the app. No english instructions. Why have any English on the app if it can't be used?
Sadly a letdown
Wife bought it for me for Christmas.
Just downloaded the app to find out the manual is in simplified Chinese. This might come as a shock to a few people, but buyers aren't all Chinese and don't understand Chinese or simplified Chinese sadly.
You need to address this as thousands of users and buyers are left with a useless app and useless item.
With you be addressing this issue anytime soon or do we have to go through the act of congress to get a refund?
Not a smart move leaving so many customers stranded in this way.
Any communication regarding a resolution woild be greatly appreciated. Next time remember a lot of customers aren't Chinese.

Worthless POCKET GUITAR
Bought 2 of these as gifts, had NO IDEA the app would only be in Chinese! Concept is great, I should have looked at ZERO REVIEWS and save my 100USD and saved myself a ton of embarrassment. Shame on you AEROBAND

Not much value if we can’t use it!
IndieGogo in English and product is in Chinese
Maybe should have told us, so we could buy appropriate gifts. Feeling ripped off. Grandson arrives to unusable gift. May not be a staggering world problem, but IndieGogo should vet better.

The instructions for the pocket guitar - and in fact the entire app - is not in English. Come on guys, we funded your successful Indiegogo campaign, so how about some customer service?

I am not conversant in Chinese, simplified or otherwise, making this 100% useless to me.
