False errors
When trying to view the camera in the app, most of the time it gives a “network is slow” notice and will not load. Network is NOT slow. This is the only app that has a problem with the network.Pudge450

I really wanted this to work
I purchased two of the WebCams and I haven't been able to get them to work on any of the applications, I left them in the box for a few months so of course I can't return them but they should've worked and they don't… And these applications are absolutely terrible. I wish it wasn't so and I'm not trying to be one of those people that only has negative things to say but I am to the point now I need to drop them in the trash and say goodbye to almost $200 so yeahShow lessBlue Phoenix radio

Won’t let me log in
When typing my credentials in, I try to hit “login”, but even after I get the verify code, it never becomes highlighted, so you can’t ever press it. Tried on 2 different phones. Same thing. What’s going on?Baudlink

Alerts
So far the app has been great. It would be nice if when the camera was triggered that the alert bubbles would show on the app icon instead of only showing when you open the app and look at the alerts. That way if you are notified of motion you can look to see why.Tjcurren
