You only have the reception and not many patients at all although it’s fun when you feed them.😊 Sorry to complain if you like this game and have a different opinion. I would not recommend downloading this game unless you want to pay for nothing more than you already have. I did not download the other versions because they are £3:99!

This hospital game is ok, I love the cafe when you serve the patients their food! I can’t get the people in their beds and I think if you want to buy the other places DONT because it’s a rip off and not much better than the place you already have.😁

I like that it has a lot of more add on than Toca Life and My town. Not just the hospital all the games. I still think it is a little to expensive for being 3.99 but I would buy it. If I had the money though I would definitely buy the hospital and pets there my favorite.

I downloaded this game yesterday for free but when I got on it I had to pay $5.99 if I wanted everything! Yeah I did that and don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy it but I have all the Toca Boca Life apps and I’ve had them for ages and this game was just like a free remake of those games! So pls don’t make it free and then have in-app purchases. That made me kind of annoyed. But it was still kind of fun. 😐

But opening the app almost everything was restricted!😡
I tapped on the elevator to go to another level and all that came up was a picture of a cat opening a door with a lock?I tapped on that and all that came up was payments?!🤬
Not only does it happen on this app but all the other Miga games?The game is fun and all but SERIOUSLY!😫😭🤬

Every freaking game
I was so happy when I saw this I was like “omg it’s like toca boca but better.” But I was wrong toca boca doesn’t have any in app purchases. You just except a 10 year old kid to have money laying around. The parents don’t want to always put out money for their kid on a stupid game that they are gonna delete in the future anyway. I was very excited when u saw this and I went up to the second floor and welp would ya look at that in app purchases NO I’m not gonna pay for something that I’m gonna just delete later I’m gonna get bored of playing with the little section I have and delete it. So would ya please make this game free. Because every freaking game is like this and there is no point. It just make kids/parents no wanna get it.
