I love but it will not let me scan it

First, you need the box to make it work. second the serial number code does not work. It is not as good as the app/box says if you do get it keep the box

I recently got the toy at a Cracker Barrel and found out about the ar part of it. It works perfectly, I love the toy itself, and the animations in the app are outstanding ( they’re honestly a little creepy how real it looks). I would definitely recommend this
Evil unicorn (possessed)!
So I start the game and first, scan doesn’t work. Then I try to pet the unicorn and it’s head flips upside down. A child would be scared to see that. If you are reading this do not get the game. It’s horrible!
Couldn’t Use App
The AR didn’t work because we didn’t have the packaging because it was opened because that’s what kids do with toys.
We couldn’t put the code in because it was on a sticker, which comes off, instead of the printed serial number on the Gigapet.
Also, I kind of hoped the app would help us manage the pet and help us figure out what’s wrong but that wasn’t the case.

I wanted to get this app cause I have a GigaPetsAR. But it’s boring cause you can only feed it. Plz ad more stuff like the real GigaPetsAR.
