Had multiple issues with billing, I thought licenses were removed as the people using them were removed but still billed. Support refuses to credit this even though we have many open slots for months on the plan. This part was not user friendly, you have to over over a specific number to get the option to cancel. This is impossible to know. Our payroll schedule is twice a month, there was no scheduling option for our payroll with gusto, often times it was off by a day or two. If it didn’t match perfectly it wouldn’t import with gusto. The app didn’t work for many of the staff. Overall we switched back to gusto time instead of this which is just added expense and didn’t automate for us.
