Handy app but.....
BUT....
as a customer I can't change any of my profile or login details myself. I changed my email address but need to log into the app with my old one. I now get no notifications and can't create a new account because my phone number is "taken" and presumably if I delete the old account I'll lose all the data.
I've had to ask the salon if they can make the changes for me but I'm sure they have enough to do (apart from which there's something not quite right about not having control over my own account).
I shall wait and see if they can help.
