When marking your order on certain crypto, filled pending is all you will receive
then you will have to cancel and re-order which in turn the price might increase, as a result you losing crypto due to the price increasing.
When submitting a ticket to technical team all they advise is they have no control over pricing which is obvious and also explaining it may not be fully filled due to large number of exciting orders this site is a scam and I would suggest trading on a different platform if you want a trade successfully
