App not working
I tried logging in and it keeps spoiling, I can’t get pass the sign in page. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it doesn’t work. Please help!!
Doesn’t work anymore
This app used to work perfectly but immediately closes when I open it. I removed and re downloaded and it’s still happening. Not happy as I’m a distributor and updates aren’t helping the issue. Doesn’t happen with my other apps!
Constantly crashes
App constantly crashes if you have multiple items in your cart and try to check out.
Not working on ipad
Won’t open on iPad and have to log in twice via Samsung phone
Order history doesn’t show up
I really like the app for the most part, but I couldn’t seem to figure out how to split my payment methods when placing an order yesterday and ended up having to finish the transaction through my laptop. Another issue is that my order history is always blank. For those reasons it is a bit frustrating to use. I do like how you can easily see the restocked and new products pretty easily.

Good & Bad
I love placing orders through the app, it always goes off without a hitch! The bad, is the notifications for new products and restocks. I get the notifications, but when I go to see what they are there is nothing there, OR it’s products that were from weeks ago.
Not as convenient as I’d like
I get notifications about new products or products back in stock but when I open the app I usually get blank screens. I can almost never see my order history. Would prefer to just get emails and login to the website but they don’t send those out for restocks.
Great when it works
This app is terrific when it works. It isn’t updated when products are out of stock. It also doesn’t filter properly- it appears it does until you click on the product and then a different product shows up. I have contacted SeneGence about these issues a few times and only got a reply one saying they were working on it. That was weeks ago and nothing changed. Very frustrating. Today I can’t even open my past orders, I just get a blank screen.

Edit: now the app is perfect they added Face ID and Touch ID.
I absolutely love this app but I wish it had Touch ID login or keep me signed in I’m tired of filling in my password all the time!
