This app is horrible. Every time I try to use it I have to get a password reset. This app is a big waste of time. It’s a shame that I have to have three different log ins to conduct business with Independent Bank when I only needed one to conduct business with Integrity Bank. I thought the acquisition would bring advanced technology but it did not we stepped back in time.
Mobile app log in for business so all of my accounts are shown together and I can transfer between them. Another login so I can remote deposit to my personal accounts. Another login to a business mobile app for remote deposit.
I could do everything on my integrity app with one login and never had a problem.
