Disappointed with Customer services
If you are interested and ready for FAST PACED and VERY HEADY... requiring focusing on everything spoken and open to 80+ videos amounting to 200+ hours of spoken word with limited notes or written texts to follow along by... you might or might not follow along.
I requested for either a refund or preferably to PAUSE my purchased account since I freshly had experienced a concussion a few weeks after purchase.
Customer service did not listen or pay attention to my statements of concern of MY CAPACITY to ‘follow along’ with trainings.
They NEVER paused my several hundred dollar purchase and NEVER focused on me nor my statements of my concerns about MY ABILITY to participate and especially to follow along.
Customer service NEVER LISTENED attentively like I was expected to.
Out of over 80 videos I never completed 1 full video because primary trainer consumed 3-4 shots of espresso and then talks very fast partly rambling and rarely following a syllabus or set schedules training!
I asked to PAUSE for good reasons and was ignored and my request was never received or otherwise understood.
Sure they extended my ‘membership’ but I asked to PAUSE IT not extend it, because I was injured and could never reach someone for a support call. They called for a requested call from a blocked number and never left a message with Phone number for follow-up and just one disappointment after another for a injured guy with a gnarly concussion.
Support needs allot of work... must consider a clients perspective versus only the trainers methods.
When I said I needed to pause I should have been respected and membership pauses and NOT extended!
WHY? Because I was unable to participate!
Lack of consideration for me📉 end consumer.
Why dispute with credit card when provider could just honor a request.
Zero voicemail or otherwise effective email follow-up, and not up sales when original purchase was pathetically supported!

TheoTrade itself gets 5 stars.
This app gets 4 as I have occasional problems with it, though content can always be viewed from their website.
I joined TheoTrade exactly one year ago. Before joining I watched a video from Don Kaufman and I admit he sounded a bit like a snake oil salesman to me, but I had a personal acquaintance who was a TheoTrade member and recommended it so I gave it a shot. It has transformed my trading.
Their collection of classes spans from general trading education to specific trade strategies, including technical indicators (if you’re into that). They have a main room with live content, and also a room focused on day-trading futures (not included with base membership). But the focus isn’t on copying everything the experts do—it’s about finding strategies that work for you because every trader is different.
I’m tracking my performance vs the market; I’m beating it by 12% over the past year. I will absolutely be renewing my membership.

Avoid at all costs
I tried Theotrade for a few months.
Their performance has been disastrous.
My portfolio is still in the red thanks to Mr. Don Kaufman and his genius financial team.
When teenagers were making 25% weekly trading TSLA, these so called "professional" traders were losing tons of money (Mr. Kaufman lost 3,300 USD in one position on Facebook on a single day), bidding against the market when the FEDS was printing trillions and buying assets. but no worries; the gambling money will regenerate itself with the monthly subscriptions of gullible subscribers.
They'll send you 1 or 2 trade alerts per week via text messaging that you can copy and paste in TOS platform. Their performance in the last 8 months has been disastrous to say the least. They're still bidding against the market since the DOW was trading at 21,000 in the wake of the pandemic. Just imagine the tenacity of these geniuses.
Of all their trades only a single position on NVIDIA turned profitable. I lost 10 grand listening to their nonsense.
Mr. Don Kaufman will try to spam your email with their 25,000% profit program whatever. He's a salesman not a trader. They have another guy who they call 'the professor'. He's as clueless about the market as the rest of the team. They'll throw their financial jargon on you with some useless technical analysis. Their live steam show starts at 9.30 until 1 or 2 pm eastern time.
They have video courses on their website about options trading. Outdated and fallacious strategies that are totally irrelevant in today's market conditions and which you can watch for free on YouTube.
It's sad that APPLE is allowing these sketchy businesses on their platform. You've been warned.

Password
Love the app, the only problem I’m running into is when I log out the app is retaining my password. This very well be something I did not set up correctly but if you could give me a solution that would be great. The app is awesome!!
Auto shut down
App keeps shutting down while watching videos.
TheoTrade is the best!
I have been a member of other services and thus far, I am beyond pleased with what TheoTrade offers. Education, training, real time commentary across Forex, Futures, Equities, and of course Options. The mobile application is awesome for education on the go and TheoTrade’s website is mobile friendly so you can be in the chat room while working your day job. TheoTrade is a good investment!
